well looks as though sweden’s out then. so semis are: portgual vs the netherlands and greence vs the czech republic. i hope the netherlands and greece win. greece cos they’re the under-dogs and well, i think we all know why i want portugal to lose :p don’t think it’ll happen though…

right well this is this weeks album of the week. maroon 5 a new and definitely up and coming band. they’ve already released “harder to breathe” and “this love” from the album and now “she will be loved”. these are some of the best on the album but i also like “must get out” - actually they’re all amazing…yeah a band to watch out for! check out the itunes store for music videos and samples of their songs, and why you’re there, why not by the album or a song or two…album artwork below:
i’ve decided to do a recommended album of the week once a week whether they’re old or new. hopefully i’ll be able to keep it up. this is just pure personal opinion so feel free to object!
well my predicted result *should* have been right. it *should* have been 2 - 1 and only just. but we had a bit of a, now what’s the word…biased ref. i mean, our players tap the portugal people and the fake a dive, yellow for us. a portugal player jumps up on an england player and over his head and free kick and nothing against portgual!! ok, so overall we played crap but they were just thaking the mick - did anyone see the so called penalty spot? it was just a pile of mud! did the ref not realise there are 2 spots?! david james could have at least dived the right direction in the penalties?! overall the team played rubbish. best players were prolly a. cole, g. neville, s. campbell and j. terry. midfield were a disgrace! david “my-head-is-up-my-own-backside” beckham couldn’t be bothered to run after the ball 2 metres infront [leading to the equalizer!] damn england - you deserve to be going home!! good luck to sweden i say!!
just got back from bath. much preferred here to southampton - much more organised and friendly. i really enjoyed the talk on electronic/electical engineering - just have to get the grades now! definitely my number 1 (so far…)
well looks as though good old deutschland is out of the running for the world cup over the netherlands. well didn’t see that one coming. so sweden get to play them whilst denmark play the czech. hope sweden and czech win. they seem the most likely
well it looks like england managed to get through the first stage, despite [stupidly] losing to the french first off. however it’s gonna be a toughy against portgual, them being the hosts and just a damn good team. them being the hosts means they’ll have lots of support - so less seats for the english predicted score, a hard one but i think 2 - 1 to england, but only just…we’ll see though…
went to southampton uni yesterday for their “preview day” was good, first uni on my tour. don’t think i’ll go their though cos it’s too close and the accomodation isn’t that great…shame it’s the best in the country for my course. check out here if you want to have a look at their website
