So I think we managed to prove most bookies wrong yesterday by getting a well deserved draw against high runners Arsenal. I don’t think many people thought that Saints would get anything but a lose. Ok fair enough, they didn’t have their best team possible but there were still a lot of amazing players out there.

The match itself was pretty intense. Lots of pushing and shoving - especially on Prutton’s behalf when he started trying to beat the ref up (resulting in Harry and Jim grabbing him and pulling him off the side). However Crouch’s goal was pretty sweet and he deserved it from the team I think.

Makes sense doesn’t it, we can draw to Arsenal but we can’t beat West Brom (just draw!)

Well I think I’ve accomplished one of the most stupid things you can do - ripped the ligaments in my right ankle…back of an ambulence to hospital last week in the middle of school - nice one. So I’ve been hobbling around the house on crutches for the past week.

Went back this morning for my appoitment and they reckon 10 weeks before I’ll be able to walk alright again - what a bugger. The brusing’s come up nice, got myself a mutli-coloured foot. It means bad news for (my last proper) half-term. On so much painkillers that alcohol is a definite no-no and even going to parties is a debatable matter due to these sticks. Typical. And then once holidays are over we have to sort out my journey to college…

My first new page - a plain old list of my CD collection. Took me awhile to type them all out though, still a bit of tweaking needeed. But hopefully I’ll be able to keep it fairly updated.

I won’t say too much due to the fact that it was a very controversal match and I don’t want hate mail. But to be fair, Pompey did start off the better team and both the penalties shouldn’t have been given. To be honest, on looking at the replays a couple times it seemed like it hit Taylor’s shoulder, but the ref didn’t have that long. So therefore it comes down to the fact that Oakley had an amazing goal.
